The homes at Heritage Highlands were designed and built by US Home/Lennar and are designed to take advantage of the spectacular views and spaciousness of the high Sonoran Desert and surrounding Mountain ranges. Southwest architecture on spacious lots, landscaped with native desert plants, give a luxurious feel to the homes. There are 20 different floor plans in styles that range from 1,100 square feet to 2,600 square feet. Prices range from $199,000 to $470,000.
      
               

The majority of the floor plans feature open and spacious rooms designed to fit the relaxed style of southwestern life. All of the homes in the community are single story stucco construction with tile roofs. The community is laid out such that no two homes of the same elevation were constructed next to each other and exterior colors vary from home to home.
